Katherine J. Hornback [e-mail], born in Lexington, Kentucky, April 5, 1969, admitted to the bar, 1995, Kentucky; also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Ms. Hornback obtained her B.A. in Political Science/English from Miami University in 1991, and her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1994. She is a member of the Fayette County and Kentucky Bar Associations, the Board of the Kentucky Defense Counsel, past President of the Fayette County Young Lawyers Section, and is past President of the Kentucky Young Lawyers Section. Jeffrey A. Darling [e-mail], born in Irondequoit, New York, on March 15, 1957, admitted to the bar 1983, Kentucky; also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the Kentucky Tax Court. Mr. Darling is a former felony prosecutor and practices criminal law extensively in the state and federal courts. Jeff concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, criminal defense and employment discrimination litigation. He has also acted as a mediator in a large number of civil cases, mostly dealing with personal injury. He is a member of the Fayette County and Kentucky Bar Associations, and the Kentucky Justice Association.
